GENERAL MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION

 Cultivate positive relationships within the team, prioritizing what is right over who is right.
 Lead with a hands-on approach while effectively guiding team members.

 Manage store-level cash control, including banking, verifying cash register deposits, and
conducting spot audits on float, safe, and cash registers.
 Implement sound administrative practices.
 Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the store and all equipment.
