Description:

The Role
Guildhall is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Global Recruitment Center to join the world’s leading integrated oilfield technology service company. As a General Manager, you are responsible to oversee the execution of campus recruitment for the group, propose phased improvement plans, and ensure successful implementation of campus hiring initiatives. Responsibilities: • Collect and forecast manpower needs from various departments, develop recruitment strategies and specific recruitment plans, establish relationships with global universities and headhunting platforms, expand recruitment channels, and effectively organize and implement recruitment plans; • Lead and promote recruitment efforts for mid-to-senior-level positions, supplementing critical core talent for the company’s development. Establish talent selection programs and talent reserve mechanisms; • Assist in refining job structures and headcount planning, updating job descriptions, and improving the company’s talent recruitment processes and internal competition selection systems. Optimize recruitment policies and workflows to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness; • Conduct recruitment data analysis, prepare recruitment analysis reports, and evaluate recruitment efforts in a timely manner; • Oversee the execution of campus recruitment for the group, propose phased improvement plans, and ensure successful implementation of campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications: • Master’s degree or above in Human Resource Management or related fields from a recognized institution; • Over 5 years of recruitment experience, with networking resources in the petroleum or related energy industries. Prior experience in headhunting is preferred; • Unique insights into talent acquisition and development, proficient in interview techniques and methods, and familiar with relevant national regulations; • Strong professional ethics, integrity, and a good sense of teamwork; • Excellent result delivery capabilities, communication, coordination, interpersonal skills, and strong talent identification abilities; • Willingness to accept global assignments with a strong global work awareness.
