JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food preparation, on-site operations, management and service. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. The General Manager will ensure that our standards for food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality sector
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking
  • Excellent supervisory experience with a focus on team management
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
  • Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and motivate staff
  • Background in serving and customer service within a restaurant or hotel environment
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations and barista experience is advantageous
