We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager - Operations to lead our operational strategies and drive performance excellence across our Tannochside Operation in Glasgow. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for establishing operational goals, managing resources, and ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your leadership will be vital in developing innovative operational strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimise supply chain operations through continuous improvement and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) . You will spearhead initiatives to ensure compliance with industry regulations and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
