• Strong financial management, cash flow and budgeting experience.
• A proven ability to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing and motivating teams.
• An understanding of e-commerce, retail or distribution.
• The confidence to take responsibility and make commercial decisions.

You don't need to come from the garden machinery industry. We're more interested in your management experience, financial knowledge and ability to help move the business forward.

• What we're offering:£36,000 per annum for three days per week (£60,000 full-time equivalent).
