Description
Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the manufacturing business, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, objectives, and growth strategy.
Assume full ownership and accountability for the Business Profit & Loss (P&L), including revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA, budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and capital expenditure planning.
Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations across multiple facilities, ensuring world-class standards in production, quality, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, planning, logistics, procurement, warehouse management, health, safety, environment, and continuous improvement.
Drive operational excellence by implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Industry 4.0, automation, and best-in-class manufacturing practices to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost competitiveness.
Establish a culture of Zero Harm, Zero Defects, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory, customer, and international standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Lead manufacturing strategy, capacity planning, plant optimization, process improvement, digital transformation, and expansion initiatives to support future business growth.
Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance productivity, improve asset utilization, maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and achieve operational KPIs.
Build strong relationships with OEM customers and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, successful program launches, and achievement of delivery, quality, and commercial commitments.
Partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, HR, and other corporate functions to support business growth, new product development, customer acquisition, and operational integration.
Drive supplier performance, strategic sourcing, inventory optimization, and supply chain resilience while ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Lead organizational transformation by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational discipline.
Monitor business performance through financial and operational dashboards, identify risks and opportunities, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure effective corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, business continuity, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
Perform any additional executive responsibilities assigned by the Chief Executive Officer to support the organization's strategic priorities.
