PUB MANAGER – THE THREE TUNS, HIGH-END GASTRO PUB – BIDDENHAM, BEDFORD

Are you a passionate and experienced hospitality professional ready to take the lead at a top-tier gastro pub? The Three Tuns, our beautifully restored village pub in Biddenham, just outside Bedford, is looking for a hands-on, people-focused Manager to lead our front-of-house team.

The Role:

As Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a close-knit front-of-house team
• Ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high standards of service
• Work alongside the kitchen to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Manage bookings, events, rotas, and day-to-day admin
• Uphold and grow the strong community reputation of The Three Tuns

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a genuine love for people and hospitality.

We’re Looking For:

• Proven management or senior FOH experience in a busy pub, restaurant, or similar venue
• Passion for great food, drinks, and outstanding hospitality
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Well-organised with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Someone who leads by example and thrives in a people-first environment
