LIVE-IN ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE (OPTIONAL)

The Three Tuns is a charming gastro-style pub in the heart of Biddenham, known for its warm atmosphere, great food, and welcoming service. We’re now looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and take the pub to the next level.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and hospitality
  • Drive sales and profitability while managing costs effectively
  • Lead, motivate, and train the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Work with the kitchen team to maintain our reputation for quality, fresh, and seasonal food
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company standards

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in managing a pub, restaurant, or similar hospitality business
  • A hands-on leader with excellent people management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and an understanding of stock control, labour management, and budgeting
  • A passion for great food, drink, and customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
