LEAD TRANSFORMATIONAL LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES ACROSS THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION FOR A GLOBAL MARKET LEADER.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Organisational Development to drive organisational capability and leadership excellence across our Asia Pacific operations. This senior leadership role will partner closely with key stakeholders in the region and with our global headquarters to design, implement, and embed strategies that inspire growth, engagement, and performance at every level.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in L&D, OD, or related HR leadership roles, preferably in the B2B sector
  • Strong background in designing and delivering leadership and talent programs
  • Expertise in performance management and succession planning
  • Proven ability to manage cultural transformation and change initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
  • Experience with the Korn Ferry competency model

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline
  • Formal adult learning training qualifications will be well regarded

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director Human Resources Asia Pacific, you will lead the design and execution of innovative learning and organisational development strategies that support our people and our business goals. You’ll take ownership of leadership and management development programs, talent and succession planning, performance frameworks, culture and engagement initiatives, and change management programs that strengthen our workforce for the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) strategy for the APAC region
  • Implement leadership, management, and professional development initiatives that build organisational capability
  • Drive talent management and succession planning to ensure a strong leadership pipeline
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver cultural transformation and change management strategies
  • Oversee the performance management framework, including goal setting, coaching, and capability building
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with global OD teams to align APAC programs with worldwide standards
