JOB DESCRIPTION:

As General Manager of Ortuswave Pte Ltd, you will lead the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the company’s international messaging services, including A2P SMS, Voice OTP, HLR/MNP lookup, and related enterprise communication solutions. You will oversee cross-border business development, customer management, regulatory compliance, and team performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecom, Computer Science or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years in telecom, enterprise messaging, or CPaaS sectors with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in international B2B customer development and carrier negotiation.
• Strong understanding of A2P messaging, SMPP protocols, number lookup, and global routing strategies.
• Familiarity with regional regulatory environments (e.g., IMDA, TRA, NCC, CNRA, etc.).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or Spanish is advantageous.
