Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Parlour General Manager, you’ll take charge of all aspects of our parlour’s operation. From driving sales and managing costs to ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of your store. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, vibrant environment that requires creativity, leadership, and a passion for people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of passionate individuals to deliver outstanding service and product quality.
  • Take ownership of all operational aspects, including staffing, stock management, and compliance.
  • Drive sales and ensure the parlour meets performance targets.
  • Champion the Pan-n-Ice brand by creating a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, profit margins, and reporting.
