REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical and communications skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
  • Experience in a leadership role (Spa/Sale management preferred, but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and people skills
Responsibilities
  • Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision and Values
  • Ensures their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)
  • Monitor staffing levels across all departments and to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately.
  • Coach, develop, and retrain under performers in sales and service expectations
  • Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations are current
  • Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development.
  • Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization
  • Promotes and implements new products, services, and initiatives
  • Responsible for location’s payroll entry and inventory management
  • Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunities
  • Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Area Director to celebrate performance wins and address performance concerns
