We're now seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and grow our reputation for quality and reliability. As our General Manager, you will oversee the entire shop operation — from workflow efficiency and team management to customer satisfaction and financial performance. You’ll be the go-to leader on the ground, ensuring that repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Requirements What You’ll Do: Lead and manage day-to-day shop operations Supervise, coach, and support technicians and front-office staff Oversee repair workflow, parts inventory, and scheduling Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues Track KPIs and implement performance improvements Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control Collaborate with ownership to develop strategic goals What you Bring: 5+ years of experience in diesel repair or heavy truck service 2+ years of leadership or management experience Strong technical knowledge of diesel systems and diagnostics Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with shop management software a plus ASE certifications or diesel tech background a bonus Why Join Us?
