A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a General Manager People & Culture Partnering reporting to the Executive General Manager, Partnering and Performance. A bit about your role As a General Manager People & Culture Partnering you will be accountable for managing the end-to-end People and Culture strategy and HR delivery of several business units across nbn. As the P&C Leader of our Operations business, you will partner closely with the Chief Operations Officer and the Operations Senior Leadership Team to shape and deliver the strategic people agenda for nbn’s largest business unit. This role is central to driving performance through our people, leading a team of senior business partners and specialists to support transformation and uplift across a diverse and increasingly field-based workforce. You will guide the development and execution of your BU’s People Strategy, ensuring it aligns with enterprise-wide strategy and goals enhancing organisational effectiveness across talent, culture, capability, performance and workforce change. In conjunction with specialist functions oversee case management, psychosocial risk response, and organisational change. At all times driving initiatives and coaching key stakeholders to shape the cultural and leadership impact, working closely with OD, DEI, and capability teams to shape mindsets and enable transformation. In partnership with Field Services, you will champion the design and delivery of the annual Field Strategy program to support the operationalisation of our Field workforce, including field traineeships and learning accreditation, fostering capability and career pathways. You will also play a key role in optimising the employee relations and industrial relations landscape, building capability across the People & Culture function to support EBA-covered teams and their leaders. As a senior leader within the Partnering & Performance Leadership Team, you will contribute to the evolution of the Enterprise People Strategy, bringing a strong voice for operational excellence and workforce engagement.
