General Manager – Pret a Manger Starting Salary: £40,000 per annum As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, sales performance, financial management, and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example—motivating and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service while driving business growth and profitability.
