We’re now looking for a visionary General Manager of Product to lead the next evolution of Rip Curl’s global product journey – keeping our heritage alive while pushing innovation, relevance, and global reach.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a global leadership opportunity that sits at the intersection of culture, performance, and creativity. You’ll guide the full product lifecycle across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ apparel and accessories – setting the seasonal direction, inspiring design, and aligning global teams behind a clear vision. From leading-edge surf gear to lifestyle staples that speak to the next generation, you’ll shape the products that define a movement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Set and lead the global product strategy aligned with Rip Curl’s heritage, brand values, and bold ambitions
  • Own seasonal range direction and development – from concept to execution – ensuring customer connection and innovation at every turn
  • Stay tapped into the culture – surf, youth, and street – to ensure our product stays relevant and future-focused
  • Drive collaboration with regional markets, ensuring consistency while embracing local expression
  • Lead sourcing and development with a focus on long-term partnerships, ethical production, and environmental responsibility
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Retail, and our Surf Team to build iconic stories and collections that connect deeply with our community
  • Ensure commercial performance through sharp inventory planning, margin control, and channel coordination
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing product team globally – with a focus on creativity, culture, and capability
