JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE General Manager – Project Delivery (Contracts & Procurement) DEPARTMENT / DIVISION Hospitality Projects – Contracts & Procurement POSITION REPORTS TO VP – Projects / Procurement EXTERNAL INTERFACE • Project Consultants (Architects, PMC, Designers, QS) • Contractors / Vendors / Suppliers • Statutory / Regulatory Authorities • Legal Advisors • Third‑party Inspection Agencies MINIMUM QUALIFICATION • B.Tech / Engineering Degree in Civil • PG Diploma in Contract Management / Supply Chain (Preferred) MINIMUM EXPERIENCE • 12+ years in Contracts, Procurement or Commercial functions in construction / hospitality / real estate projects • 3–5 years in a senior role managing contracts and procurement SPECIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES • Strong knowledge of contracting, tendering and dispute resolution • Understanding of project financial controls (rate analysis, cash flow, budgets) • Procurement planning and supply chain management expertise • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Ability to manage claims, variations and commercial risks OVERALL PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE This is a critical leadership role responsible for establishing a strong commercial, contracts, and cost control framework for the Hotel Vertical. The position will play a key role in ensuring disciplined procurement, effective contract management, and robust cost governance across hospitality projects. Relevant Hyatt hospitality project experience brings strong domain alignment and practical expertise that will directly support the successful execution of our upcoming hotel developments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Procurement & Supply Chain • Develop procurement plans based on project requirements • Manage tendering, RFQs, bid evaluations and purchase orders • Identify, onboard and manage vendors • Track market trends and optimize sourcing strategies   Contracts & Commercial Management • Lead pre‑contract processes including tendering and contract finalization • Draft, review and negotiate project contracts • Manage contract administration, variations, claims and disputes • Monitor commercial risks and cost controls   Project Governance • Ensure documentation, compliance and audit readiness • Provide commercial updates and reports to senior management • Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives
