JOB TITLE DGM - PROJECTS Department / Division Projects External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) * External Design Consultants / Architects * Local Municipal Authorities, Government, Statutory and other regulatory bodies * Contractors/ Vendors Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) * B.E. / B. Tech. (Civil / Mechanical) from premier Indian or International Institute with an MBA Minimum Experience * 20-25 years of experience with at least 5 years experience in leading the Project Execution of large scale projects within the Real Estate industry
