We are now seeking a visionary and experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational success of Pullman Hamilton - setting new benchmarks for service, leadership, and performance in the region. As the pre-opening General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the hotel’s strategic direction and launch. You will lead all aspects of the pre-opening journey - from recruitment and brand activation to full operational readiness - while shaping a high-performing culture that reflects the Pullman spirit: collaborative, dynamic, and visionary. Job Description Lead the pre-opening project, overseeing all phases of pre-opening, planning, and execution. Build, inspire, and lead a dynamic leadership team that delivers world-class guest experiences. Partner with Accor stakeholders and ownership groups to align strategic, financial, and operational objectives. Develop and implement innovative commercial and guest engagement strategies to drive performance and loyalty. Maintain the highest standards of brand quality, safety, and service excellence. Build strong connections with the Hamilton business community and regional partners to position Pullman as the premium choice for events, dining, and stays. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager within midscale, premium, or luxury brands. Strong track record in pre-opening or major project leadership within hospitality. Strategic and commercially astute, with deep understanding of hotel operations, MICE, and Food & Beverage performance. Exceptional people leadership - empowering teams through vision, communication, and authenticity. Confident in representing the brand with owners, media, and the local community.
