Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of Hotel Operations to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Act as an integral role model, displaying explicit knowledge and awareness of company, brand standards and emotional luxury. Think about the future anticipating future trends and opportunities; translate organizational strategy into appropriate local strategy. Drive culture of delivering memorable experiences and taking pride in turning moments into memories. Attract, train, retain & coach Leadership team who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation. Establish strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding community. Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Prior experience in a luxury hotel General Manager position of a similar positioning as Raffles. Proven track record of building a strong service, and quality culture. Strong understanding of luxury hotel sales and distribution, with an understanding of the Indian market and international luxury travel. Strong people skills and a track record of fostering positive, inclusive, high-performing cultures.
