Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the company’s real estate portfolio and revenue.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of sales, leasing, marketing, and property management departments.
  • Manage and guide real estate agents, brokers, and support teams to meet targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and other UAE real estate laws and regulations.
  • Review financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost control measures.
  • Lead negotiations for property acquisitions, leasing deals, and client contracts.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Provide regular business updates and performance reports to stakeholders/owners.
