SALARY: $90,000–$115,000 DOE + BONUS POTENTIAL

This is a full-time leadership role with direct responsibility for sales, project management, and crew oversight. You’ll manage the process from the time a lead comes in through job completion—ensuring our customers have a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience. You’ll be supported by office staff who handle admin, payroll, and scheduling—so you can focus on driving results and leading your team.
