We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Residential Centre located on the south side. This centre provides accommodation and support to families experiencing homelessness.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of five years’ management experience in a residential care or housing setting.
• Strong background in social care or a related sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Recruitment, supervision, and performance management of staff.
• Overseeing building operations, ensuring all compliance standards are met, and logging/resolving maintenance issues.
• Daily engagement with residents, providing support and assistance as required.
• Administrative responsibilities, including preparing reports and liaising with senior management.
