JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with various POS systems.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control processes and budgeting techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Experience in fine dining, casual dining, or quick service & fast food environments is preferred.
  • Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of kitchen management practices.
