Full Service Restaurant General Manager

Experience: Five years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, full-service environment
Leadership to guide and inspire the team staff and handle managing the managers
Have Proven track record in training and managing hourly and management staff
Understanding of how the food service industry works from the back door to the front door
Strong organizational skills to keep things running smoothly
Problem-solving skills for unexpected circumstances, such as staffing shortages or unhappy customers
Financial knowledge to manage the budget effectively and keep the restaurant profitable
Analytical skills to interpret reports and make data-driven decisions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Strongly prefer experience using restaurant management software ( Toast POS, Sling ), marketing software (square space, indesign, office) inventory management software ( margin edge) Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
Customer service and interpersonal skills to create positive relationships
Must have exceptional spirit and wine knowledge

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
