QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have your own reliable car and working smart phone
  • High School diploma or GED (preferred)
  • One or more years management experience
  • Open/ flexible work availability
  • Demonstrated ability to help lead and manage the restaurant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good with problem solving and decision making

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Team: Inspiring and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Training New Employees: Ensuring all new team members are properly trained and equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Delegating Tasks: Assigning tasks effectively and ensuring their completion to meet operational goals and food safety standards.
  • Supporting Daily Operations: Assisting the General Manager with daily responsibilities, including handling call-offs and managing schedules.
  • Filling Shifts: Providing coverage and stepping in as needed to ensure smooth operations during any staffing changes. Your schedule will vary based on the needs of the business and can change from week to week.
  • Opener/Closer: You must be willing to either open (key holder) and or close the restaurant on a regular basis should those shifts need to be filled. The restaurant can never be at risk of not opening for normal business hours.
