Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve key business goals.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Oversee profit and loss management, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Lead and manage projects to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Supervise cross-functional teams, providing clear leadership, accountability, and mentorship.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, cut costs, and increase productivity.
- Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative team culture that values innovation, accountability, and passion.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align operations with evolving business and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in a relevant industry
- Strong strategic thinking and business development skills with a passion for operational excellence
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L and driving bottom-line results
- Outstanding leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and managing diverse teams
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- A relentless work ethic and desire to grow both personally and professionally
- Ability to work a minimum of 55–60 hours per week and lead by example
