We’re looking for an experienced, high-performance Restaurant Manager to lead this exciting new opening.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Restaurant Manager at HHC Seattle, you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, team development, and operational execution. You will lead from the front—hands-on, motivating, and ensuring the highest standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service.
This isn’t a back-office job. We’re seeking a passionate leader who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and has at least 3 years of restaurant management experience.

Key Responsibilities: ? Operations & Execution

  • Manage daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain compliance with HHC standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Oversee shift planning, inventory, food safety logs (e.g. Jolt systems), and labor management
  • Ensure all food and packaging meets brand standards—every time

? Leadership & Team Culture

  • Hire, train, and mentor new team members in line with HHC values
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
  • Motivate and inspire your team to hit KPIs, including labor %, COGS, and upselling goals
  • Conduct ongoing coaching and performance reviews

Guest Experience

  • Own the customer experience—from quality checks to service recovery
  • Ensure register team sets the tone (“pace car” role) with every interaction
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and positivity
  • Monitor review platforms (Google, Yelp, Ovation) and drive positive mentions

? Sales & Growth

  • Execute local store marketing efforts, brand promotions, and product launches
  • Drive revenue by maximizing sales opportunities (e.g., suggestive selling, loyalty campaigns)
  • Manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and report to Corporate Ops

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
✅ Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
✅ Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, food safety, and guest service
✅ Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
✅ Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed
✅ Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with digital compliance systems (e.g., Jolt, Toast, Harri)
  • Knowledge of food cost management and labor budgeting
  • Prior experience in franchise or multi-unit restaurant groups
  • Passion for hospitality, people development, and high-quality food
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
