JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. SKILLS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry.

  • Experience with quick service & fast food restaurants as well as fine dining establishments is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff through training & development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting in a restaurant context.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality management.
  • Experience in casual dining, banquet services, catering, or bar management is advantageous.
