Your Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to both Front of House and Back of House teams, fostering a culture of respect, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
· Financial Stewardship: Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cost control (COGS, labor), inventory management, and weekly reporting.
· Operational Excellence: Manage all daily operations to ensure seamless service, exceptional food quality, and meticulous maintenance standards.
· Guest Experience: Act as the ultimate ambassador for our brand, resolving guest concerns with grace and ensuring every patron leaves as a raving fan.
· Bar Program Leadership: Leverage your extensive bartending skills to support, elevate, and maintain the standards of our craft cocktail program.
· Human Resources: Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and professional development for all staff.
Our Non-Negotiable Requirements:
· Minimum of 10 years of progressive restaurant management experience, with proven success in both Back and Front of House leadership roles.
· Extensive, hands-on bartending expertise with a deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern techniques.
· Demonstrable financial mastery—you must understand restaurant accounting, managerial finance, and have experience controlling prime costs.
· A solid background in a kitchen environment; you must understand cooking techniques, expediting, and the pressures of a culinary team.
· Exceptional social and communication skills; you are a charismatic leader, a skilled trainer, and a confident public speaker.
· A genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences and a commitment to the highest standards of service.
