JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service in both casual and fine dining environments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
  • Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and financial management within a restaurant setting.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Background in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in shift management, supervising teams, and fostering a positive work environment.
