We’re looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to build strong teams, hit operational goals, and create a culture of accountability and service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent in restaurant or foodservice
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing staff, costs, and guest satisfaction
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and P&L
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or business training preferred
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
