We are seeking a driven, experienced, and highly accountable General Manager (GM) to lead the day-to-day operations of a destination restaurant. We are looking for someone who will treat this business as their own — overseeing all front- and back-of-house functions, leading a high-performance team, managing the P&L, and driving strong financial and operational results.
The GM will have full responsibility for delivering an exceptional guest experience, achieving budgeted profitability, and building a healthy and motivated staff culture. The GM will report monthly to the Board and collaborate directly with the Owner on strategic initiatives, capital improvements, and long-term planning.

  • Represent the restaurant in the community and build relationships with local partners and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost control
  • Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and operational excellence
  • Experience reporting to ownership or a board is a strong asset
