We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and menu planning.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast) for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and budgeting processes.
• Background in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
