Job Description Rixos Phu Quoc, a luxurious resort located on the pristine island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam, is seeking a visionary and experienced General Manager to lead our world-class property. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth. Must have luxury All-Inclusive experience Pre-opening experience Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the resort's financial and operational goals Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction across all departments Manage the resort's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective yield management Maintain and enhance the resort's reputation as a leading luxury destination in Vietnam Collaborate with corporate leadership to align the property's performance with brand standards and objectives Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including rooms, food and beverage, spa, and recreational facilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, local authorities, and community partners Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies Lead crisis management efforts and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-end resorts or hotels All-Inclusive experience is a must Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and revenue optimization Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels Proven experience in crisis management and problem-solving in a dynamic environment In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality industry trends, best practices, and international brand standards Proficiency in property management systems and hospitality technology platforms Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound business judgments Experience in opening and/or renovating properties is highly advantageous Knowledge of the Vietnamese market and cultural sensitivity to the local environment is preferred Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Vietnamese or other Asian languages is a plus Experience in South East Asia Additional Information What’s In It for You Lots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.
