The Role: General Manager Brighton As General Manager for Brighton, you will oversee the operations and sales for the region, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You’ll be responsible for maintaining occupancy - building an exceptional community for existing members, while signing up new ones - plus solving facilities issues and motivating a small team. We are looking for a confident and engaging relationship builder who is comfortable leading from the front, spinning lots of plates and setting high standards. Key Responsibilities: This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will revolve around: Build an exceptional member experience, including delivering an extensive events calendar and building an engaged and vibrant community Ensure impeccable standards across your site - managing operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning Troubleshooting facilities issues and ensuring sites are compliant and within budget Maintaining Occupancy through your sales pipeline, touring prospective members, holding retention conversations with existing members and cultivating relationships both within Runway East and the surrounding ecosystem Building relationships with your team, motivating them, training them, setting expectations and creating a service-first culture Improving our processes and questioning systems to make them as efficient as possible Who You Are Leader: Confident in guiding and motivating your team to success.
