Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a General Manager. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring a successful daily operation. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while delivering high-quality results. Lead and oversee all site operations, including financial performance, maintenance, customer relations, safety, and process efficiency. Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and compliant with company standards. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members while fostering a positive, high-performing work environment. Manage inventory, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor expenses, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Requirements Highschool diploma or equivalent is required. 1- 2 years proven experience in site management, preferably in the car wash industry. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using project management software and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet labor goals, budgets, and deadlines. A willingness to learn and be challenged daily. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. For extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary Joining our team as a Site Manager offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to the successful operation.
