Job Title: General Manager- Sales and Administration
Location: Sharjah Hamriyah FZE/Ras Al Khaimah

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and drive a high-performing team.
  • Excellent client relationship management abilities, with a proven track record of nurturing long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and performance reporting systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· Chemical Engineer/ MBA-Marketing / Master’s in international business preferred

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Team Management and Team Building, Sales Operations, Talent Sourcing in African countries within the Chemicals Trading and Manufacturing Industry (Raw Material / Chemical Distribution).
  • Experience as a General Manager in Sales and Administration, overseeing products including Solvents, Chemicals, Lubricants, and Specialty Chemicals.
  • Proven experience in managing remote or outstation sales/business development teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on building a collaborative and high-energy team.
  • Solid understanding of sales performance tracking, reporting, and strategic goal setting.

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Experience with travel and logistical coordination for teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate performance data.
  • Ability to foster teamwork, ensuring that all team members are held accountable for their goals.
