Your Opportunity In the newly created position of General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Seniors Communities, you will lead the strategic integration and uplift of our sales and marketing functions into a unified, high performing team. You’ll craft and deliver Anglicare’s market narrative, strengthen brand presence, elevate customer experience and drive sustainable growth across our expanding Seniors Communities portfolio. You will champion the transformation towards our “For Life” model, bringing together property, care, hospitality and community into a compelling future focused value proposition for older Australians and their families. Through strategic insight, team leadership and operational excellence, you will position Anglicare as a leader in innovation, service quality and trust. With integrity and resilience, you will: Lead the development and implementation of integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned to organisational growth priorities. Drive performance through effective sales forecasting, pipeline management and capability uplift across a large and diverse sales team. Oversee brand, digital, advertising and campaign execution to ensure consistent and compelling messaging for prospective residents and key influencers. Partner closely with Development, Operations and Care teams to support new developments, redevelopments and go to market strategies. Lead the uplift of systems and processes, including the transition to enhanced CRM and digital marketing tools, ensuring an insight driven operating model. What you’ll bring You are a strategic, collaborative leader who inspires excellence and drives meaningful change. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring both commercial acumen and creativity to the way you shape markets, messages and customer journeys. You bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (postgraduate qualifications desirable). Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience across Sales and Marketing. Demonstrated experience developing and executing organisational sales and marketing strategies. Proven capability in change leadership, process optimisation and new operating model implementation. Experience in the community, seniors living or not‑for‑profit sectors (highly regarded). Mature Christian faith consistent with the beliefs of the Anglican Church. Ideally, you will also have: Experience working in property, lifestyle, community development or service‑based industries. Strong capability in messaging for diverse audiences, including older Australians and their adult children. Experience selling or marketing “future‑state” offerings (e.g., unbuilt products, developments, lifestyle or care services). Exposure to CRM and digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and insight‑driven decision making. Highly developed communication, coaching and influencing skills. Why Anglicare?
