THE POSITION
Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager – Sales and Marketing will be primarily responsible for optimising the value of processed products. You will be the primary point of contact for international customers, ensuring the nutritional requirements and product specifications of customers are communicated to the production and acquisition team, ultimately looking for opportunities to maximise the businesses trading margin and market opportunities.
You will also assist the forecasting of sales margins and volumes and ensure continuous oversight for open positions and market trends. In addition, you will ensure the company is effectively marketing the highest standard of product to international customers and where possible, work with domestic growers to educate and assist them to understand key market metrics and requirements. You will be closely involved in the growth aspirations of the company.
