Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a dynamic General/Sales Manager to take full responsibility for generating wholesale business, driving online retail sales, and leading a growing team. You’ll also manage stock flow from IT collections to ensure consistent supply, efficiency, and profitability across all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospecting and Business Development: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients
Sales and Negotiation: Presenting products, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new UK and International clients
Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and customer service for smooth operations.
Developing and Building: and expanding wholesale sales channels and build strong B2B client relationships.
Sales Increase: Increase online retail sales through strategic promotions, pricing, and product placement.
Effective Development: Manage and motivate the sales and operations team to achieve performance targets.
Stock Movement: Oversee the flow of stock from CPR Computer Recycling IT collections into inventory.
Customer and Service Orientated: Ensure all internal processes are efficient, scalable, and customer-focused.
Overview: Track key metrics, generate performance reports, and present actionable insights to leadership.
