POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager / Sales Manager to oversee the company’s overall operations with a strong focus on business development, sales growth, and distribution management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in formulating strategies, leading the sales team, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth operations in the competitive food import and distribution sector.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • At least 8–12 years of proven experience in food import, FMCG, or distribution industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership capacity .
  • Strong track record in sales management, business development, and operations oversight.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of import/export procedures, distribution channels, and food regulatory compliance.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
