Responsibilities

In this role, you won’t just manage marketing—you’ll own the strategy. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Corporate Services, you’ll bring together digital innovation, brand storytelling, and customer insights to grow awareness, engagement, and service uptake across multiple business streams. From leading-edge digital campaigns to impactful print collateral, you’ll ensure our message is clear, consistent, and compelling—internally and externally. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive customer insights, engagement, and service uptake.

About You Our perfect candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
