With a strong member base, dedicated staff, and a wide range of programs, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our club to the next level of growth and excellence.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the General Manager, you will be the face of the club and the driving force behind operational excellence, member satisfaction, team leadership, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a diverse team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the club meets or exceeds financial goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or service industry
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong sales and customer service background
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Familiarity with fitness software systems (e.g., Mindbody, Club OS, ABC Fitness) is a plus
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
