Deliver Financial Results:Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, controlshrinkage, and meet profitability targets.Champion the Brand:Represent OST LIQUORin the community, with vendors, andat events—reinforcing our position as a go-to destination for spirits, wine, and beerin Houston.Who You AreExperienced Leader:4+ years in a management role, ideally in liquor, retail, orhospitality, with a trackrecord of delivering results.Business Minded:Skilled in operations, inventory, merchandising, and P&Lmanagement.People Focused:You know how to inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and create apositive, high-performance culture.Customer Obsessed:You understand that exceptional service is the foundation ofrepeat business.Compliance Savvy:Knowledge of TABC laws and responsible alcohol service.Adaptable:Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-pacedenvironment.PhysicallyReady:Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be active on your feet during shifts.What We OfferCompetitive BasePay:$50,000-$56,000/year, plus bonuses for hitting growth andperformance goals.Performance Incentives:Earn up to an additional 10% of base salary for achievingrevenue, margin, and operational targets.Benefits:Health insurance,401k,employee discounts, and access to exclusiveindustry events and tastings.Growth Path:Opportunities to expand into multi-store leadership orcorporate/franchiseroles as OST LIQUOR grows
