JOB SUMMARY:

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision, operational direction, and financial performance of the company. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business—ranging from multi-site operations and safety compliance to client relationships, innovation, and growth strategies. This role demands strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a results-driven mindset to position the company as a trusted partner in delivering essential services across industrial sites.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial services, facilities management, construction, energy, or heavy industry.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations, managing multi-site service portfolios, and leading in dynamic, asset-intensive environments.
