QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years of operations management experience in a retail or warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting and financial reporting
• NetSuite ERP experience is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the education or homeschool industry is a plus

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our retail store and warehouse
• Manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment
• Supervise and schedule warehouse and store staff
• Ensure accurate stock levels and coordinate restocking
• Improve logistics and operational processes for efficiency
• Manage monthly accrual-based accounting in NetSuite, including journal entries and month-end close
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Analyze operational and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Collaborate with leadership to align operations with business goals
