The Role This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic hotel professional to lead The Salutation Hotel into its next exciting chapter. We are seeking a forward-thinking General Manager who will take full ownership of the business, build on its excellent reputation, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including day-to-day management, revenue optimization, staff development, and strategic goal execution. This hands-on role is for a leader with strong commercial and financial acumen who is passionate about delivering a top-tier guest experience. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance. Strategic Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to all staff and department heads to meet and exceed business goals. Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control expenditure, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and revenue growth.
