The successful candidate will play a defining role in shaping the culture, standards and guest experience. You will lead the team to success, implement operational procedures and establish the venue as one of the island's most compelling hospitality destinations.
We are looking for a commercially astute, people-first leader with proven senior experience in premium restaurant or lifestyle hospitality — someone who leads with warmth and purpose, and who thrives in an environment where no two days look the same.
Key Responsibilities
1) Operations & Standards
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring consistently high standards across service, operations and guest experience.
- Implement and embed operational procedures ahead of and following the venue's opening.
2) Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, support and develop the management team.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling and workforce planning across all departments.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture that reflects the values and ambitions of the group.
- Lead by example, setting the standard for service excellence and team engagement at every level.
3) Commercial Performance
- Monitor and report on sales performance, costs and overall profitability.
- Work closely with group leadership to implement commercial initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure revenue targets are achieved while maintaining the quality and market positioning of the venue.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development as the concept evolves.
4) Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the values and vision of the brand.
- Build a venue reputation built on warmth, cultural richness and genuinely memorable experiences.
- Champion guest feedback and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
- Work with the group and industry partners to develop programming, events and community-led activations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a senior management role within premium, lifestyle or high-volume restaurant and hospitality operations.
- Pre-opening or new concept experience is highly advantageous.
- A natural team player, equally at home working within a large group structure and driving entrepreneurial energy within a new concept.
- Commercially minded with a clear grasp of revenue, cost management and profitability.
- Genuinely guest-centric, with a real love for culinary experiences and hospitality leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability is key.
Why Our Client
