OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in a a beautiful scenic village setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, team management, and food sales.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in restaurant operations, including bartending, food preparation, and kitchen management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor staff
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall restaurant performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
